Returns 

1. On regular items (non-custom/modified items)
Our policy lasts 7 days for items ship from our US warehouse and 14 days for items ship from our International warehouse. If 7 days for US items have gone by since your purchase or 14 days for International items have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. On custom/modified items (all custom/modified items)
We do not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final on custom/modified items, cut, printed, created, modified, build, and made for you.

-- 2.1. For t-shirt(s) arrives and it does not fit or is defective from the manufacturer, we will happily accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of the package being delivered. (Item must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and in original packaging to be eligible for store credit)

-- 2.2. We do not offer refunds, all of our custom/modified items have final sales policy and many of the products we sell are made in limited quantities or custom made. This includes original artwork, paintings, custom apparel, craft, custom/modified items, build items, or anything else handcrafted made for you.

-- 2.3. For DTG Printers, We do not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final on custom/modified items, cut, printed, created, modified, build, and made for you. Once the DTG machine gets deliver is the buyer's responsibility to follow all the instructions and agreed to learn to operate the DTG machine. We do not offer a guarantee on any DTG machine since the item is custom/modified or build and loses any guarantee with the manufacturer. All DTG machines are test and well pack before ship out, but we do not cover any parts or malfunction after delivery including print head, DTG inks, ink tank, ink lines, dampers or any part since the DTG machine is a custom/modified items. If you, the buyer, agree on no refunds/no returns policy and final sale, you are more than welcome to purchase from us and we, on the other hand, will give you support via email and chat for a limited time of 3 months.

T-shirts can only be returned for store credit. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

3. Returns eligibility
On regular items (non-custom items), to be eligible for a return the items must meet our return policy. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-- 3.1. On custom/modified items (T-shirts), to be eligible for a return the items must meet our return policy. For t-shirts, Item must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and in original packaging to be eligible for store credit.

-- 3.2. On custom/modified items (DTG Printers), We do not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final on DTG printers, custom/modified items, cut, printed, created, modified, build, and made for you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items:

-- Downloadable software products 
-- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless we give you insurrections to do so.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
-- Book with obvious signs of use 
-- CD, DVD, software, video game, or vinyl record that has been opened 
-- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
-- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

4. Refunds (if applicable) 
On regular items (non-custom items), once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

-- 4.1. On custom/modified items (T-shirts), Item must meet the return policy, must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and in original packaging to be eligible for store credit. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

-- 4.2. On custom/modified items (DTG Printers), We do not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final on DTG printers, custom/modified items, cut, printed, created, modified, build, and made for you.

5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kingdomtshirtfl@gmail.com. 

6. Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded if meet our return policy, unfortunately, sale items cannot be return or refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

7. Exchange
We only replace regular items (non-custom items) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kingdomtshirtfl@gmail.com and send your item to

8. Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

-- 9.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

-- 9.2. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
